Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Flexibility

Customers enrolled in a subscription or recurring purchase plan may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team.

  • Changes must be made at least 72 hours before the next billing date
  • Requests made after this window may not take effect until the following billing cycle

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled:

  • No future charges will occur
  • Any orders already processed or shipped will still be fulfilled and are non-cancellable

BioPro Solution does not retroactively cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.


3. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund policy as one-time purchases:

  • If your product qualifies under our performance guarantee (e.g., algae removal guarantee), claims must follow the outlined process
  • Refunds are not issued for unused, late-canceled, or partially used subscription orders unless covered by a specific guarantee

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • The system may automatically retry the charge
  • If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled

BioPro Solution reserves the right to suspend fulfillment until payment is successfully completed.


5. Price & Product Adjustments

BioPro Solution reserves the right to:

  • Adjust pricing
  • Modify product formulations or packaging
  • Update subscription terms

Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes affecting active subscriptions.


6. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate billing and shipping information
  • Managing their subscription status before renewal dates

Failure to update account details does not qualify for refunds on processed orders.


7. Abuse & Fair Use

To protect the integrity of our guarantees and services:

  • Excessive refund requests or misuse of subscription benefits may result in account restrictions or cancellation
  • BioPro Solution reserves the right to refuse service in cases of suspected abuse
