Shipping policy

BioPro Solution operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST) or New York Time.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping:

For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 will apply.

Shipping Timelines:

Please allow 5-8 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Order cut-off time:  5 PM (EST) New York Time.

Order Handling Time: 1-3 Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 5-8 Days (Monday to Friday)

We Use Shipping Carriers:

  • DHL Express

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 50 miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping fee of  20$ applies to orders. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days anywhere in the USA using UPS Ground priority.

International Shipping

We don't ship outside of the USA at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. 
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $500). You can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table for multiple shipping options.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs ($20) for the return.

We don't offer to trade something in exchange for our products

Our Guarantee policy is that if you have tried our product under the recommendation and the results are not there we will get you a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at james@bioprosolution.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
